We welcome individuals and groups for tours of our House!

What to Expect

A tour consists of walking through our shared communal spaces (kitchen, dining room, living room, rocking chair porch, and playroom).  Due to unscheduled check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning, we do not take tours through a bedroom.  Weather permitting, we offer time in front of our House to take pictures with our Ronald McDonald statue and Ronald McDonald House sign.  If you are bringing Wish List items, Pop Tabs, or other donations, please let us know when you schedule your tour.

Tour Times

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by appointment.  Tours typically last 30-45 minutes, including time for taking pictures.

Group Sizes

Our House includes narrow spaces, stairs, and many families moving through.  In order to respect our families and provide a positive tour experience, tours are limited to groups of 20 or less (including chaperones for younger groups).

Photographing our House

We welcome pictures of your group in our House.  We only ask that you respect the privacy of our families and not take pictures that include them.  We love seeing your pictures, so feel free post pictures to our Facebook page or tag us on Twitter and Instagram!

Bus parking is available on Hawthorne Road, in the “Loading Zone”  in front of our House.  Just be sure not to park too close to the stoplight in the “No Parking Zone”.  The main entrance door is the curved door between our large sign and the statue of Ronald sitting on a bench.

The Ronald McDonald House parking lot is located behind the House off of Queen Street.
There is a traffic light at the intersection of Hawthorne Road at Queen Street. Turn onto Queen Street, and take your first Right. Continue driving until you must take a slight right up a hill into our parking lot. The main entrance is located under the white portico with the Welcome signs.
